The Stories of Post Hong Kong
Call for Papers from in God’s image (iGi) of Asian Women’s Resource Centre for Culture and Theology, 2022 June Country Issue
Greetings to All,
On behalf of the local editorial board for in God’s image (iGi)’s 2022 June Country Issue – Hong Kong, I would like to invite interested parties to share your piece of intelligence, insight and creativity concerning the anecdotes of Post Hong Kong. It is such a rare opportunity to put the stories of Hong Kong after 2019 under the international limelight. It not only allows people around the world to catch a glimpse at the city’s transformation and the current issues, but it also has our collective memories preserved, which the later generations will succeed and inherit.
Contents could revolve around Hong Kong’s society, politics, culture, and the resilient survivors as resistance. The works, which could appear in the forms of article, story, book review, interview, sociological analysis and the like, are suggested to be written through the perspectives of theology, sociology, gender studies, feminist criticism, or any other approaches that you find intriguing and worth adopting. We also welcome art pieces including illustrations, photos, poems, and prayers as long as fitting into the theme of this issue.
